Shipping & Delivery Time
Our art prints are produced to order (print-on-demand) and then shipped. The delivery time therefore consists of production and shipping.
Prints (Print-on-Demand)
- Production: typically 1–4 business days (wall art often within 24–48 hours)
- Shipping (standard, with tracking): 1–6 business days after dispatch

Originals & Works in Stock
Originals and works already in stock are shipped directly by us — not via the print shop. Essentially the same conditions apply, however delivery is often faster as no production is required:
- Shipped as a rule within 2–5 business days of receipt of payment (within Germany)
- Carefully packaged and with tracking
Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). The delivery period begins on the day after receipt of payment. If the deadline falls on a Sunday or public holiday, it is moved to the next business day. During periods of high order volume, deviations may occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the format and destination country and are displayed transparently during the ordering process (at checkout) before you place your binding order.
Shipping Destinations & Tracking
We ship to Germany, the EU, Switzerland & UK, and internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive — where available — a tracking number by email.
Payment
Payment is processed securely via our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). The following payment methods are available:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, Revolut Pay
- Klarna (buy now, pay later / instalment payments)
- Local payment methods depending on country, e.g. Bancontact (Belgium), EPS (Austria), BLIK (Poland)
Which payment methods are displayed depends on your country and currency. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order. Your payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by us.
